Hat circumference is approx 58cm (22.8 inches)
In the USSR, the Garrison Cap was known as a “Pilotka” (from pilot) (the cap was a part of the air force pilots’ uniform in World War I). They were the most common type of hat in the WWII Red Army and were used in the summer instead of the winter ushankas.

This Soviet forage cap – pilotka comes with lots of authentic Soviet insignia: 14-15 pins and badges and two metal military buttons attached on one side of a hat. One genuine Soviet Army shoulder board is sewn on the other side.
